4) Approve Alcohol License - Retail Package Beer/Wine/Malt/Liquor-Star In and Out Food Mart, 4212 EPDL- Efrem Gebrekidan
5) Council to hold a Public Hearing to take public comment on a requested Sign Variance- Clarkston First Baptist Church, 3983, 3999 & 4007 Church St
6) Council vote for Sign Variance- Clarkston First Baptist Church, 3983, 3999 & 4007 Church St
7) Approve G I S Data Sharing (Clarkston & DeKalb)
8) Adopt Resolution for Clarkston Arbor Day-Jean Brown
9) LMIG Contract (Chalmers Ct, Mountbury Court, Nielson Drive and Waterbury Court).
10) Approve reschedule December work session to 12-18-2012 and January 2013 Council to 1-8-2013
11) Approve Clarkston Community Center one day alcohol permit
